We took the time to understand exactly who Force were, the clients they services and their position in the market.
We used this, along with how they wanted to be perceived as a company, to create a Corporate Identity Manual that will be used as a brand bible for everything they do going forward.
“Pushing Forward, Together” – This was the tag line we created with Force, to show how they help contractors get the job done, with little stress. We used Arrows, pushing forward, in the shape of an F to create a brand element that can be used in a variety of ways.Â
We use Castle Creativity for all of our marketing/website and content creation and honestly can't speak highly enough of him. Force Contracting Services are a multi-million pound turnover company working on complex niche projects ranging in value from £500k to £5m. Marketing is a crucial part of what we do and Castle Creativity play a big role in that.
As part of this branding, they also wanted a new, more effective website more consistent with their brand and that would better represent ‘Force’ as a business, adding their personality throughout and perfectly portraying their unique approach to the industry and simply who they are as a business.
The main challenge for this project was in narrowing down what Force Contracting Services offered and therefore how best to brand them. They offer such a wide range of services and to a wide range of people and so the initial job was to understand completely what they wanted to say about them as a business and a service.
Our next challenge was in the User Experience of the new site. We needed to make the site easy to navigate between each separate service, giving them each an identity of their own, whilst organically cross selling the other arms of the business as needed.
We worked closely with the team at Force Contracting Services to get a good understanding of how they wanted to present themselves as part of their new brand identity. We created an effective brand guideline that could be used in the future for any new projects or material to keep their image consistent.
To support the need for a quality User Experience, we created a wireframe for the site that was easy to navigate, created sub brands for each arm of the group and custom themes for the subpages; all consistent with the overall brand.
We created Force Contracting Services, a brand that perfectly reflected who they are as a business, what they offer and one that spoke to their range of audience. We created brand guidelines that could be used moving forward to maintain consistency across each arm of the business and built a new website that met all elements highlighted in the client brief.
