Morgan Lowe wanted to show past, future and present developed homes as a means of showcasing the possibilities the viewer could expect. We created a site that detailed previously completed projects including images, project overview, local overview of the sites location and relevant specifics.
We also showed current developments for sale where users are able to register their interest as a means of Morgan Lowe creating a pipeline of interested parties to be contacted and kept up to date of the development progress.
We worked closely with the team at Morgan Lowe to understand what tools would work best to give them the best opportunity of generating and managing new interest in their developments and therefore selling their homes quickly. Our team highlighted a few key aspects to consider that we felt would help achieve their goals.
We knew immediately that one of the main things we wanted to focus on was the imagery of their developments, previous and current. We worked with Morgan Lowe and their architects to develop CGI (Computer Generated Imagery) to showcase how their upcoming builds would look, enabling them to sell their houses off plan before construction had begun.
We developed specification sheets for the house types and floor plans and made all of these available to download from the newly developed website, providing interested parties more information and visuals at their fingertips and to take away. This would also allow for decreased administration time for the sales team, completely removing the need to follow up on brochure requests and sending these over to potential customers manually.
We created Morgan Lowe a brand new website that would fully meet the needs set out in their brief.
The site would allow users to view previous developments with specifications and images and to view current and upcoming developments including CGI’s, specs and download brochures directly from the website. We also created development maps highlighting the full layout of the site so users could see how the finished development would look and get a good idea of the neighbourhood feeling.
