A local learning organisation in our town, Inspire Culture, contacted us about supporting one of their upcoming employability workshops. The initiative, Way2Work,  aims to support local people finding or returning to employment, especially after Covid-19 created so many barriers to work. They help people with their CV’s, job search and in preparing for interviews, and so were looking for local companies to come in and deliver ‘mock interviews’ to their service users.

Having been in the pool of local job seekers in the past, we were more than happy to help out in any way we could!

It was fantastic getting to meet local people looking for new opportunities and hearing about their plans for the future, and seeing how Inspire Culture and Way2Work supports these plans.
